Course Description
This one-day program is designed to fast-track clinicians understanding of Paragon’s hybrid surface implants, the surgical protocol, applications and advantages. The didactic portion of the course will cover the prevalence and prevention of periimplantitis, and demonstrate case studies, start to finish and increasing in complexity and clinical versatility to emphasize the success and broad application of the system. The clinical cases will cover posterior single and multiple units, anterior placement in healed ridges and fresh extraction sockets, and full arch workflows both surgical and restorative with primarily a digital focus.
The afternoon of the program will be hands-on, case-based learning where participants will be able to explore the Paragon surgical kit, drill multiple osteotomies on models, place both GEN5 and GEN5+ implants and explore the broad spectrum or restorative options.
The evening will wrap up this exciting day with an upscale dinner and networking experience hosted by Paragon.
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of Paragon 101, participants should be able to treatment plan straightforward and complex implant cases, select the appropriate Paragon implant and components, execute the recommended surgical protocol, achieve appropriate three-dimensional implant positioning, and understand the restorative workflow from implant placement through final restoration.
